As the movie plays time is
deducted from your account,
calculated to the second so you
get the most from your minutes.
Note that "Premium Content"
movies deduct time at an
accelerated rate (see below).
Watch all or part of as many
movies as you want. The minutes
stored in your account stay
there until you use them. To
check how many minutes are in
your time bank, go to "My
Account" and then choose
"Pay-Per-Minute".

watch movies in both real or windows
format?
A. Yes.
The minutes will work in either
player.
Q. What
software do I need?
A.
You will need to download
Realplayer or
Windows Media Player.
Q. What
connection speed do I need?
A. The
streams range from 56K up to 512K.
If you are on dial-up modem then
choose the 56K, if you have
DSL/Cable/T-1 connection then you
may choose the highest 512k speed,
if your modem is having trouble
pulling the picture than drop down
to our 225K stream.
Q. Does my
time ever expire?
A. Your
time never expires. There will be
time in My Account until you use it
all.
Q. How do
I check how much time I have left?
A. Click
on "My Account" then click on the
link "Pay-Per-Minute"
Q. What is
"premium" content?
A. Certain
titles are labelled as "premium
content", and when viewed, will
deduct minutes from your time bank
at an accelerated rate. For example,
if you view a premium title that has
a rate of 1.5x, the system will
deduct one and a half minutes from
your time bank for every minute you
watch. These premium titles are
clearly marked and require you to
confirm that you understand they are
premium before they will play.
